Green Horizons is a two-year Erasmus+ project co-funded by the European Union that empowers young people across Europe to take meaningful action against climate change. Through tools, training, and real experiences, it supports the creation of youth-led climate NGOs and builds eco-activists who influence change locally, nationally, and across the EU.

More than a project, Green Horizons is a movement that transforms ideas into real-world impact. It equips young people with the tools, confidence, and networks to take the lead — not someday, but right now. By guiding them through the creation of youth-led climate initiatives and NGOs, we’re not only investing in future leaders — we’re empowering changemakers who are already shaping their communities today.

Green Horizons unites five diverse partners to empower youth-led climate action across Europe. Coordinated by Eurobox ETS (Italy), the project blends civic engagement and environmental awareness. Youth Eurasia (Türkiye) brings expertise in ecological education and inclusion. The Ayuntamiento de Maracena (Spain) offers strong municipal support for democratic youth participation. Germany’s Via Kreaktion merges creativity with social entrepreneurship, while Sweden’s Solidaritet för Ungdomens Framtid champions youth rights and civic empowerment. Together, we’re fostering a greener, fairer future driven by young leaders.
